Terms of Service

Last updated June 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of GospelRelay. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are setting up GospelRelay for a church, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.

The service

GospelRelay provides live, AI-assisted audio translation. Translation is produced by automated systems and may contain errors; it is an aid, not a certified or guaranteed interpretation. Do not rely on it where an accurate human interpreter is required.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your phone-based sign-in secure, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity by your church’s owners and staff. A new church page is reviewed before it becomes public, and we may decline or remove any account at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Use GospelRelay only for lawful purposes and content you have the right to broadcast. Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, infringe others’ rights, or broadcast unlawful, hateful, or harmful content. You are responsible for the audio you broadcast.

Free use & donations

GospelRelay is currently offered to churches at no charge, supported by a usage balance we provide and by voluntary listener donations. Donations are voluntary gifts, are generally non-refundable, and are not a purchase of goods or services. We may change pricing or availability in the future with notice.

Availability

We work to keep GospelRelay running but provide it “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these terms.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms; we will post the new date above. For questions, email [email protected].

These are plain-language starting terms and not legal advice. Please have them reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them for your jurisdiction.
